Good marketing starts with a question: who will buy this, and why. Every design decision must follow from the answer, not from taste or trend.

For years I built brands for big players. These days I most enjoy working close to home, for companies in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Warsaw and the area. Now pick the situation that sounds familiar.
Opening a business and want it to look trustworthy from day one? We'll build it together from scratch. We'll come up with the name, I'll design the logo and the whole identity, set up the website and prepare the materials you need to enter the market with confidence. You start with a complete set, not a folder of loose files.
Run a shop, an office, a salon or a workshop and want neighbours to find and remember you easily? I'll take care of how you look around town, from design to installation. A sign visible from across the street, your storefront, interior branding, a wrapped car. One coherent look that stops passers-by and makes them come back.
Doing great work but barely visible online, while customers search on Google and maps? I'll make sure they land on you. I'll set up your Google Business Profile, help gather reviews, handle local SEO and your social media presence. Someone nearby types in what you offer and sees you, not the competitor two streets away.
Have a brand that used to do its job but now looks tired? We'll refresh it without losing what people already know and like. We'll review the logo, colours, language and materials, I'll align everything with who the company is today and carry the change across the website, social and your premises. A new face, the same trusted business.
Have a business that's standing still when you feel it's capable of more? Let's start with marketing that actually brings in customers. I'll check what already works, point to the spots with the most potential and lay out a simple plan: where to be, what to say and how to measure results. Marketing run for outcomes, not for pretty charts at month's end.
Struggling to find good people, even though working for you is genuinely a good deal? I'll help you show it. We'll shape how you talk about working with you, I'll prepare the job ads, an employer profile and materials that make the right people want to come to you. You stop chasing candidates and start choosing.
Want your industry to associate you with substance rather than confuse you with a dozen lookalikes? I'll help you build a personal brand step by step. We'll define what you stand for and who you speak to, I'll shape a consistent message, profile and content, and make sure you're seen where your people are. A brand that works for you even while you sleep.

I'm a marketing and growth leader with over 14 years of experience across 360° agencies, digital, brand communication, event marketing and new business. I combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: from positioning and brand launches, through 360° campaigns, to managing teams, budgets and client relationships.
I've worked with global and local brands, among them Disney+, Microsoft, Opel, Generali and KitKat, alongside companies building their position on the Polish market. Every one of these projects confirmed the same thing: marketing starts working only when a good strategy meets consistent execution.
I don't separate marketing from business. Before I propose anything, I define the goal: who you want to convince, of what and why. Channels, formats and tools come later, because they should serve the brand, not the other way round. I run teams and watch over budgets the same way.
I'm not only an advisor. I build and lead organisations myself.
As co-owner and President of MedAdvice K9 Search&Rescue and a board member of the K9 Weteran Foundation, I'm accountable for decisions, budgets and results achieved by my own businesses. So I look at your brand from both sides of the desk: the strategist who knows what works, and the entrepreneur who knows what it costs.
See the projects I was responsible for and the results they delivered.

The brand wanted to turn a seasonal presence into an experience people remember and pass on.
I designed and delivered a Christmas activation: a tram running across Warsaw with Santa, Ninjago characters and entertainers, its interior turned into a festive LEGO hub.

The foundation needed a brand built from scratch that unites a uniformed sense of respect with empathy and gives it the credibility to fund its mission through its own services.
I led the brand from the idea: the name, the area of competence, the full visual identity and brand book, the mission, vision, goal and strategy, and finally the website and social media communication.
The foundation gained a coherent, recognisable brand with a clear mission and its own character. It is ready to win support, run training and speak about K9 veterans in one credible voice: dogs that served deserve a safe future.

The brand had a broad offering with no clear structure. It needed ordering, with its strengths drawn out and turned into a clear message.
I designed a site with a modular structure, clear information architecture and intuitive user paths, pairing expert knowledge with modern design, from field apps to environmental monitoring systems.
Complex technology becomes clear from the first click, and the brand gains the image of a category leader.

The brand wanted to explain the complex world of insurance in language anyone understands.
I created a series of educational animations that decode insurance terms and tame the industry's complexity.

The brand was to be built on emotion and the bond between people and dogs, with its own recognisable voice.
I created a brand language blending copywriting wit with the emotional voice of pet owners, plus a full communication system: from posters and ad materials, through a vivid colour palette, to POS and original merch with taglines.
The brand gained a distinct character and its own tone, where a dog is not a pet but a best fur-friend.

The brand needed a clear position and a credible presence, ready to speak to clients across several language markets and support sales.
I developed the positioning, colour palette and brand strategy, prepared the website in three languages and the sales materials. Today I am responsible for the company's communication, PR and business development.
The brand gained a clear position and a coherent presence across several markets. Our collaboration continues to this day and did not end at handover.

The manufacturer had to separate white-label B2B production from a consumer brand selling in B2C, so it could speak in two coherent but separate voices.
For one of Europe's largest textile manufacturers I built a pet-bedding brand: I developed the strategy and name, the full visual identity, the key visual, a communication system and a sales landing page in two languages.
The client gained a ready-to-sell brand, a visual system that eases presentation at trade fairs and in B2B, and the flexibility to roll out further variants.

After 25 years working with oak, Edwood had a broad offering and a single, undivided brand trying to speak to professionals and end consumers at once. To enter B2C, the brand architecture had to be ordered and a strategy built in which each audience gets its own world, without losing craft credibility in B2B.
I built the brand architecture and positioning, splitting the offer into two coherent worlds: Edwood Pro for professionals (carpenters, distributors, contractors) and Edwood Home for the consumer market (end customers, interior designers, architects). I gave each brand its own audiences, language and channels, designed a site serving both, and mapped a communication strategy taking Edwood into B2C, rooted in the brand's DNA: natural wood, wellness and made-in-Europe craft.
One manufacturer gained a clear architecture and two distinct, recognisable voices: Edwood Pro in B2B and Edwood Home in B2C. The result is a system ready to scale into new segments and markets, without diluting the parent brand's credibility.
Before I design anything, I need to understand. Who is this brand? Who does it speak to? What sets it apart from the competition? Good answers to these questions save months of work.
Strategy has value only when it reaches execution. I work from concept all the way to finished materials, together with your team or on my own.
I measure what works and optimise mid-campaign. Every action means data, conclusions and a concrete next step.
It starts with a conversation and an audit. I look at the brand, the competition and the market. I look for strengths and gaps to claim.
Based on the diagnosis we build the strategy: positioning, persona, tone of voice, priorities. A concrete action plan.
I create the identity, copy and production-ready materials. Every element is justified by the strategy.
I implement, measure the results and make adjustments. I stay with you until the brand runs on its own.
It's a short, free conversation about your brand and the goal you have in mind. No sales pitch, no obligation. You leave it with a concrete direction, whether or not we decide to work together.
Yes. The same principles that work for global brands work for smaller companies, only the budget scale differs. I match the scope to the stage you're at, instead of selling a ready-made package.
Both. I can stay at the level of strategy and positioning, or run the project all the way to finished materials and campaigns. You decide how deep I go.
Yes, I work with clients across Poland. I run meetings remotely and, when a project calls for it, we meet in person.
I reply to messages within 24 hours. If it's urgent, call, the phone is the fastest way to reach me.
The event went really well. Everything was handled professionally, and guests at both parts were very happy. We know how much work you put in. Huge thanks!
We did it! Thank you for the fast responses and great responsiveness while working on the Juvederm ad.
I can't pick just one, I'm taking both roll-ups! They look fantastic. Great job, thanks!
Everything was really well organised and went smoothly. Many thanks for yesterday!
